How often should I service my sewing machine/overlocker?
Sewing machines and overlockers should be serviced every 12- 18 months on an average basis. For the professional seamstress, this may need to be done more often to keep your machines in tip-top condition.
How long will my service/repair take?

A basic service and repair can take less than a week unless parts are needing to be ordered. If you come from further away and would like to just make a day trip, call us ahead of time and we can get have you machine done in a couple of hours.

What brands do you have?
We sell Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, Janome and Singer sewing machines and overlockers.
How do I learn how to use my sewing machine/ overlocker?
When a person buys a sewing machine, overlocker or embroidery machine from us, we give free unlimited lessons on using the machines they have purchased. These are 1 on 1 lessons showing different features of the machines. It is not a lesson on reading a pattern and learning how to sew.
Do you sell Industrial machines?

Yes we do. We have a variety of brands with different features that we order in according to customers' needs. All industrials are specialised so we do not keep them in stock.

Where can I get supplies for my machines from?
Come on in. We have a large range of needles and spare parts to suit all brands of sewing machines. These include needles, bobbins, pressor feet, stabilisers and threads. We sell 3 brands of thread: Guttermann, Mettler and Robison Anton threads. It is important to use good quality threads and needles for your machines.
What is your return policy?
After purchasing a machine from us, we are happy to help with learning how to use it. All machines are slightly different and may require some extra tutoring. All warranty repairs are completed in store with us so if you have any issues, come in and we can help.
